Q: What are your hours of operation?
A:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Drop-off: 7:00 – 9:00 a.m.
Pick-up: 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Drop-off & Pick-up ONLY, 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Q: Are reservations required?
A: Yes, reservations are required for all appointments. You can book online or by phone at (405) 655-4425.
Q: What are the pet requirements?
A: To provide a safe environment, all pets must meet the following criteria:
Age: At least 12 weeks old.
Spay/Neuter: Case by case basis. Call us to check your pet’s breed requirements. Intact animals have a $5/day fee.
Vaccinations: Proof of vaccines required.
Dogs: Rabies, DAPP, Leptospirosis, Bordetella (every 6 months). Canine Flu is recommended.
Cats: Rabies, FVRCP, FELV/FIV.
Prevention: All pets must be current on flea and tick prevention.
Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: Yes.
Day Boarding: Cancel at least 24 hours before; $5 fee for no-shows or late cancellations.
Overnight Boarding: Cancel at least 48 hours before; 50% fee for no-shows or late cancellations.
Exemptions: Monthly Day Boarding Pass holders and emergency cancellations (case-by-case).
Holiday Bookings: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Nov), and Christmas (Dec).
Q: Is an evaluation required?
A: Yes, all new clients must complete an Evaluation Day before boarding. Pets are assessed for:
Socialization
Handling acceptance
Obedience
Containment
Resource guarding
Evaluations can be booked online or by phone at (405) 655-4425.
Q: Can you administer my pet’s medications?
A: Yes, we provide medication administration at no additional cost.
Q: Can I schedule a tour of the facility?
A: Yes, tours are available by appointment. Please call or email to schedule.
Q: Do you separate dogs during playtime?
A: Yes, dogs are grouped by both size and energy level. Playgroups are kept small (under 10 dogs).
Q: Do you offer access to doggy cameras?
A: Yes, once your appointment is approved, you will receive login details via text or email.
Q: Can my pets stay together if I have more than one?
A: Yes, we do offer family boarding so household pets can stay together, as long as they get along and it is safe for them.
Q: Do you offer grooming services?
A: We do not have a groomer, but we provide “Pamper Your Pet” services, including baths, deshedding, nail trims, anal gland expressions, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning.
Q: Do you have a veterinarian on site?
A: Yes, we do! Call or email us to set up an appointment to get your pet established with us.
Q: How many dogs can you accommodate?
A: Our facility can host 25–40 dogs, maintaining a 1:10 staff-to-dog ratio
